About us
In the beginning, we were just two individuals with a vision. We saw many contractors missing out on bids simply because they didn’t have enough time to prepare and submit proposals. This was causing them to lose around 60% of their annual revenue without even realizing it. With this in mind, my partner and I set out to make a change. We gathered knowledge and experience in construction takeoffs, and eventually, we decided to start our own firm. The goal was to help contractors bid more and, thus, win more contracts.
Starting out was not easy. In the early days, we faced many challenges. With just the two of us, we worked tirelessly to establish a firm foundation. There were long nights and countless obstacles to overcome. We often found ourselves having to learn new skills quickly and adapt to the ever-changing construction industry. Despite the hurdles, our determination never wavered.
Today, our company is a leader in construction takeoff services across the USA. We have grown into a team of over 60 expert estimators. These professionals have hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what is needed to prepare successful bids. We are proud of how far we’ve come from our humble beginnings to where we are now. Each day, our team strives to support contractors in achieving their goals. We believe that with our service, contractors can focus on their strengths while we handle the detailed and time-consuming task of takeoffs.
Commitment to 100% Precision in Every Construction Takeoff
We promise to give you 100% precise construction takeoffs, which means we calculate the exact quantities of materials and labor needed for your construction projects. Our goal is to make sure you have everything you need to complete your project without any mistakes. We want to help you avoid wasting time or money. To make sure we are accurate, we follow a detailed process. First, we use blueprints. Blueprints show the design of a building. They include all the rooms, doors, windows, and more.
We carefully read these plans to understand the project. Next, we use special software to help us list every material needed. The software helps us see things clearly and keeps everything organized. For materials, we measure the dimensions shown on the blueprints. We calculate how much wood, metal, concrete, or any other material is needed. For example, if a wall is ten feet long and eight feet high, we calculate how many pieces of wood are needed to build it.
We also count how much paint is needed to cover the wall once it is built. Every tiny detail is noted, so we know exactly what to order. Calculating labor is also essential. We estimate the time it takes for workers to complete different tasks. We consider how many workers are needed and how many hours they will work to finish the project efficiently. For example, if a task takes two workers five hours, we will include that in our plan. After all calculations, we organize data into an Excel spreadsheet and deliver it to contractors.
