Michael Harrington brings more than 25 years of professional experience in construction estimating and quantity takeoffs for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. As a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), he oversees estimating methodology, trade coordination, and internal review standards.
Michael’s role is to ensure that every takeoff produced by our team is consistent, complete, and aligned with contractor bidding expectations. His leadership ensures that quantities are measured correctly, scopes are clearly defined, and assumptions are transparent.
